I do not know what I want, am I able to change later?

As different entities issue the various licenses, it is not possible to change your license type once it has been issued, without liquidating the company and opening a new one.

Do I have to be in the UAE?

You are not required to be present in the UAE at the start of the process, our consultants will run through everything by phone and email and even start your application process whilst you are not here. You will be required to make a short trip however once the documents are ready to sign and to open bank accounts.

Is there any tax implications?

Depending on the country you reside, there is a 99% chance that nothing has to be done in your current country of residence. Our experts will be able to advise you in more detail and answer any questions you may have, once they have a deeper understanding of your situation.

Why do I have to have a sponsor?

Mainland companies in the UAE require an Emirati national to have 51% shareholding in any incorporated companies. Do not worry, every company we incorporate comes with a memorandum which states they have no involvement in the company, nor any entitlement to your earnings.

Offshore sounds like something from the movies, is it legal?

There are many reasons people set up offshore businesses and yes they are 100% legal. The UAE currently has a 0% income tax rate and a 0% corporations tax rate, encouraging businesses to set up in the UAE and trade in the GCC.

I have a passport on which I am required to obtain a UAE visa, how do I do this?

Many passports are allowed to enter the UAE on a 30-day visit visa without completing any documentation. If your passport is not on the eligible list, get in touch and one of our team will assist in arranging the appropriate visa for you.

I just want a bank account, is that possible?

In order to have a UAE bank account, you need to have a residency visa for personal accounts or be incorporated for a business account. If you have a specific need, get in contact with a specialist and they can advise you of any further options.

Can I change my mind?

Absolutely, if at any time during the process you decide to not move forward with any of our services, we just simply stop where we are. Any dues paid however will not be refunded at this point and any pending dues will need to be settled.

What is the difference between Dubai and Abu Dhabi?

Each Emirate in the UAE has a regulatory body and each poses certain benefits and disadvantages, If you are looking to have a physical office onshore then you are required to be incorporated within that Emirate.

Can my family come with me?

Certainly, if you take one of our Freezone or Onshore licenses we are able to process both your visa and your family’s visa at the same time.

What about renewals?

At the time of renewal, we will get in touch and offer our services with revised rates and also provide information on any change in legislation. It is entirely your choice whether to use us for this service or not.

What about Refunds?

Refunds for any work carried out are not permitted, however, we will always provide copies of government receipts and only bill our transparent charges. Should any excess funds still be with us, this will be refunded within seven days.

What if I do not want to do business?

Many clients are looking to retire in the UAE and need a business setup in order to obtain visas. There is nothing wrong with this and the process remains the same. Simply get in touch with our team and they can put together the most affordable option for you.

How do I pay for your services?

Consultations are always free and when we need to charge for something, we will always provide a transparent breakdown of these charges. Once agreed we require payment by cheque, cash (within UAE) or bank transfer before we carry out the work.

We understand that trust is a big issue, especially when dealing with a company that is not in the same country as you, that’s why we are happy to provide references of existing clients as well as arrange video calls if required.

We have partners around the globe including the BVI, Hong Kong and Gurnsey and are able to get you set up in most places around the globe.
