Steps and Procedures

Week 1:
Branches & Partners will pre-screen your passport copy for Government pre-approval. Down payment of Professional fees to open your application. Response in 24-48 hours.


Week 2 – 4:
We will assist and advise you with the collection of the documents required in the checklist.


Week 4 – 10:
Your application is then submitted together with due diligence fees. If taking real estate option, a reservation agreement is signed for your chosen property. This is refunded if you are not approved.


Week 10 – 12:
Due diligence report is issued to the government. The government makes its decision on granting of Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship.


Week 12 – 14:
Once accepted you are invited to pay the NDF donation or if taking Real Estate option, pay the balance of your purchase.


Week 14 – 16:
A citizenship certificate and passport are issued in your name. The balance of the professional fees is then paid.

Costs and Procedures for Antigua and Barbuda

There are two options for qualifying contributions for the Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship by Investment Program.

1) NDF
A minimum cash donation of $100,000 to the National Development Fund (NDF). This one-time payment is sent directly to an escrow account, which is managed by the Citizenship by Investment Unit of the Government.

B) Real Estate
A property purchase to the value of $400,000 in a Government Approved Real Estate project. Freehold property with title deed; hotel shares; fractional ownership or land may be purchased.
A minimum investment of $400,000 in real estate will qualify you and your family under the real estate option. The property may then be sold after the mandatory period of 5 years.

There are compulsory background checks payable to the Government’s preferred due diligence agency that will use Interpol, World-Check, and other Government agencies to screen applicants based on their application.
